Hello, firstly I'd like to say we've been in business since 1997 and have only ever sold 100% authentic merchandise. That being said, If you bring the item into a TAG Heuer store and tell them you received it as a gift and want to authenticate they will be able to assist you using the serial numbers on the watch as well as the serial numbers.tags attached to the box.
