Hello, this watch is brand new and never used with all the original packaging and paperwork included. The reason we are able to offer such great discounts on brand name items is because we are not authorized dealers. We purchase these watches from authorized dealers and provide our own warranty on the items that is identical to that of the manufacturer (2 year warranty) - and pass a greater discount on to our customers. To be an authorized dealer and provide a manufacturer warranty you must sell the item at MSRP retail price, so this is how we are able to provide greater discounts than what you'd see in a store. The watch is 100% authentic and exactly the same as you would receive from Macy's or anywhere else.
