Hello, we do have this item in stock, yes. Every item that is listed as for sale we have in stock in our own warehouse and we can ship the item the same day it is ordered. We only charge sales tax if your billing address is in California, so as long as you provide a billing address that is outside of California you won't be charged any sales tax.
