Hello,
Can you please send us some photos or explain how you received the item? Please send to info@Watchwarehouse.com and we can assist with customer service needs there. Generally the box is shipped in its original box, which is just a brown cardboard box. Montblanc does not make fancy or heavily branded boxes to ship these in. There is a Montblanc label on the dust bag and that's about it.
