We are located in California, USA. Yes we can send to Turkey, or anywhere that FEDEX is able to deliver. International orders are a flat rate $70 shipping fee and it is important to know that your country may charge duty fees/taxes on the watch before they will release it to you, so you may have to pay additional fees based on your countries rules - it would be imported from USA.
